Got this from auction, retired from Fairfield P.D. For $2300, blacked out back windows to 5% for $120, engine flush, change oil and filter, changed differential fluid, replaced fuel filter, fuel system cleansing for $160, new Bluetooth pioneer stereo installed with mic for $250.
