Bought 14yrs ago I saw it in the news paper while working on a job in the mountains I needed a place to camp out in while finishing contract about two months.ad said c/20 w camper 2500 or best I called offered him 1700 sight unseen the truck was in original condition w split/rims and factory tirs hubcaps 56000m like new camper slps6 origanal paint /pink 1962#10tan turns out the origanal owner wqas a niebor of the guy I bought it from He bought it because the original owner had it parked for 25yrs while he grew up and only took it out once a year to wax it and warm it up and put it back he was an employee at gm parts warehouse where my stepdad was employed for 35yrs went camping withhim once and the front bearing went out my older brother replaced it at the campsight when he was about 10yrs old that same bearing ysed to go out on me every year biggest pain in the ass with Marilyn cause the bearing is unique ball type only used between60 to 63 c20s about 53:00$usdand not always in stock I started caring an extra one just in case turns out someone somwhere along the whay left the tip of a screwdriver behind the race and it kind of got welded there the first time it went out so it kind of looksed and felt to an inexpierenced person that it belonged there well I found it there about 6 yrs ago and havent had a problem since marilyns new color is compliments of yours truly I bought some toyota red about 2yrs ago and was going to paint my bronco with it untill one day this spring I just got tired of pink well red isnt marilyns color the burgandy candy is due to one qt of ford metalic green and one pint of chev metalic green thourghly mixd applyd and dried and then a healthy slathering of clear coat the bed of the truck has been stripped of 43yrs or time to reviel yellow pine thenstained jet mahogany and a sprayed on bed liner to all metal surfaces not too bad for a dayly driver/ hauler/ work horse/trailer puller — 84broncoII
