The Ford Bronco II spanned model years 1984 through 1990 as a fixed-roof compact two-door SUV on the Ford Ranger platform, distinct from the full-size Bronco. It used a 94-inch wheelbase and launched with the carbureted 2.8-liter Cologne V6, replaced for 1986 by a fuel-injected (multi-port EFI) 2.9-liter Cologne V6. The gasoline lineup was V6-only, with a Mitsubishi-sourced 2.3-liter turbodiesel offered briefly around 1986 and 1987. Part-time four-wheel drive with electric-shift Touch Drive was offered (Touch Drive added for 1986), in a ladder of Base/XL, XL Sport (sometimes shown as XLS), XLT, and Eddie Bauer trims, with the sport-oriented XL Sport added partway through the run in the mid-to-late 1980s. The Bronco II drew NHTSA scrutiny over rollover propensity. Ford ended the line after 1990 and introduced the four-door Explorer for 1991.

Replacing the torn tan EB tan velour seats with new set of tan leather seats and woodgrain trim console/middle seat combo.
also in the plans is the MAF conversion to further improve mileage. Diable chip is also in the works, as is a new tailgate to replace the sligtly rusty bottom part..new irridium tint is also on the way, new floor carpet is also on the way.
2 inch body lift is also in the works as is an HID lighting system and newly reworked chrome front bumper (includes integrated buckets for round driving lights like the late 80's mustangs) — tito
