“sold to father”1995 Chevrolet Silverado 1500

The story

Bought from a Chevrolet dealer in northern VA in Dec 02 w/79K on it and was originally Dark Blue. It came with a fiberglass bed lid, running boards, bed liner, bug guard, and class 3 hitch. Shortly after that tail light covers, window visors (front and back side windows), and a new set of larger tires were installed. In Oct 03 we added a Cobra CB radio with dual fiberglass antennas mounted between the cab and bed, a set of Aux work lights mounted under the rear bumper next to the trailer hitch, also a single amber strobe light near the rear view mirror, an "arrow stick" directional lightbar in the rear window, and an LED Chevy "bowtie" for the grille (glows when the parking lights are on). In Feb 04 we replaced the grille, front bumper (w/o molding), and rear bumper w/paint able parts. We also added the cowl induction hood, and removed all the molding from the truck. The truck was then professionally repainted (bed was removed, glass was removed, interior was painted, doors, engine compartment, between cab and bed, etc). After that a "push bumper" (half brush guard) was added and a set of KC off road lights were installed (with custom painted covers), clear marker lights, and bed rail covers. During this process the bug guard was removed and not replaced. In Dec 04 we had a cat back flowmaster (black chrome) dual exhaust system installed. — polarbear
