The 1977–1979 LTD II Ranchero brought Ford's car-truck hybrid into its final chapter, and the builds here show everything from a black '77 tucked away in a garage to a green '79 parked outside a cabin and a sharp silver-and-maroon '79 sitting in a driveway. Owners are keeping these alive with aftermarket gauges set into woodgrain dashes, tow hitches on the back, and interiors still sporting that distinctive 'RANCHERO 500' badging with red upholstery.
The story
I got it from the man that got it new. He had it for 28yrs. I let set for a few years and I have replaced almost everything under the Hood. Most of the interior has been replaced.
