The 1992–1997 Box Panther Crown Victoria might look like a mild-mannered sedan from the outside, but these owner builds tell a different story — turbo setups, Vortech superchargers, ProCharger blowers, and Brembo brake upgrades hiding under those boxy hoods. From maroon sedans parked on front lawns to blue Crown Vics with their engine bays cracked open at meets, this generation hub captures how owners are pushing the Panther platform way beyond stock.
The story
Bought it earlier this year for 420$ from a local place, only like 10 or so miles out of town. It's a great car, I have a pioneer stereo system, 4x6s in the front, and 6x9s in the back and two slightly modified pioneer 12"s (all that was done is I cut the plastic rings and bent the metal a little to fit in the box I have). Tires are a little worn I plan on replacing them. I'm also in the process of painting all the chrome on the car black.
Also the car is a P71. So it's an ex-police cruiser. — MrCaboodle
