The story
Vic and I met by chance. I was the owner of a 2007 Dodge Charger SRT8, however financial woes forced me to trade the Charger in for something more affordable. I went to a local and very reputable dealership, looked at a 99 Cadillac DeVille that I fell in love with, only had 72000 miles on it. I told my sales person I was interested in the Caddy, but left it at that. While looking at the Caddy, I kept hearing a psst...psst..kept looking around until I saw an emerald green Crown Vic, I swear that sound was coming from that old Ford, I even believe I saw it wink...nah, had to be a reflection off of the headlight. Anyways, the next day my sales person called to tell me that they had sold the Caddy. I was disappointed, I really loved that Caddy. But then that Crown Vic, the one that was trying to get my attention, popped back into my head. I told my sales person I would like to come back down and see that green Crown Vic, even though I had told her clearly that I DID NOT WANT A FORD. I drove back into the dealership and that beautiful emerald CV was sitting there, that horizontal chrome grille was grinning from fender to fender. The car fax showed that Vic was a one owner, turned out to be an elderly gentleman, who had only put 50,000 miles on this 12 year old Ford. Well, the rest is history, and I love Vic!!!! No, not that way, he's a guy! I'm 53, grew up in the time of long sleek V8 rear wheel drive classics, and Vic reminds me so much of these cars of years gone by. Vic and I get along perfectly, I think he knew that day on the lot that we should be cruising together. Funny how that Cadillac, which had been on their lot for 8 months, ended up selling to someone else the very day I was going to buy it. Vic obviously pulled a few strings. — MassVic01
