The story
these pics are of various swap meets and rigs we used while traveling. many of you knew me and my dad as the heater guys because of all the work we did restoring 34-48 Ford heaters and manufacturing parts for Bob Drake, C&G Ford, Mustangs and American Classics and others. we were regulars at Hershey, Carlisle, Pomona, Pate, Portland, Turlock, San Diego, Pleasanton and a host of others events. at our peak we traveled 35 weeks a years doing the swap meet circuits. we started out driving a pinto wagon, graduated to a shortbed 67 Ford F350 and then added a matching trailer, then our first motorhome we called Baby Huey because it was so ugly, and finally the rig i have now. — Tom Cherry AKA Hawkrod
