The story
This '87 SSP Mustang was first in service with the Washington State Patrol from 1987-1991. It was retired with 75,000 miles and was re-assigned with the D.S.H.S. from 1991-2005. It was retired and sold to me (from EBay) with 95,000 miles. It was nicknamed "Ghost Car" because fellow DSHS officers wouldn't see the car or officer on the road while in service everyday, except when parked back in the lot. — Ryan Elkins
