The Oval (Third-Gen) Taurus earned its nickname from that distinctive rounded styling Ford introduced for 1996, and the builds here show just how far owners push these sedans — from a dark '98 with a custom grille to a pair of '99s rolling on aftermarket wheels. You'll spot a red '97 rocking a front-end bra, a black '99 parked on foggy waterfront gravel, and interior details like carbon fiber trim around the shifter, proving these oval-bodied Fords still get plenty of love.
The story
main mods so far is a Rockford Fosgate 12" sub in a 4th order bandpass box i made myself. The car stereo place that installed the amp was quite impressed. amplifer is MTX Thunder 4122 - bridged to 200 watts. My first mod will be painting the bull head symbol on my engine pad and on the rear window in white (same color as my car). Then removing the resonator and puting in a cherry bomb. After that probably home made cold air injector system. — Matthew Blake
