The story
I built this electric moped on the frame of a Schwinn cruiser. It's a single speed, but don't let that fool you. This bike can get up to 20mph on flat ground, without pedaling! I've got it to 40mph downhill. You can expect a range in upwards of 40miles per charge on this bike.
It's got a 36v 500w hub motor in the front, with a 20Ah battery mounted on the rear rack. Also, it has a headlight, taillight, and horn. It has a 6A charger, which will charge the battery in around 3 hours. The wiring is all hidden as well as possible inside the frame, so you don't have to worry about snagging it on anything. — Fitzy
