Hey,

Why did my subscriber since date change???

Also how can we get rid of those ads that appear between the loading of pages? Those are truely horrible.

The subscriber since date automatically clears out if a membership is not renewed in time.

Which ads are you referring to between the loading of pages? Can you take a screen shot and email it?

I can reset your "subscriber since" date if you remember what it originally was. I don't have a backup of this information to refer to.

I'm getting these too, [b]VERY annoying[/b]. Is this what paying for a subscription gets us? Happens every 5 pages or so, pauses between the page and page requested and the entire window is just some add with a countdown on the bottom of it. I'll take a screen shot next time of the next few times.

I'm getting these too, VERY annoying. Is this what paying for a subscription gets us? Happens every 5 pages or so, pauses between the page and page requested and the entire window is just some add with a countdown on the bottom of it. I'll take a screen shot next time of the next few times.

We have the capability to disable ad types from the banner ad networks we use -- however, these are supposed to be disabled. I will certainly disable all of them if you can take a screen shot. It sounds like the settings on the ad networks are not working correctly and I will gladly bring this to the attention of the account manager for the offending network.

Managed to get one tonight. Mostly I seem to be getting them from classmates.com although this one is for some something else. This happens when clicking a link from the [Edit] album to a specific section. The URL doesn't change, and it has a 15 second counter before it goes to the page.

Made a few adjustments and these ads should now longer be displayed. Let me know if you see them again over the next day or two.
